We have made it our mission this summer to get more people exercising outdoors, reaping the benefits of al fresco workouts in a relaxed and social environment. As such we have pulled together a 10-session series, in which attendees will be taken through a different 45-minute outdoor workout each week in Pearson Square, Fitzrovia, followed by a selection of our salads for dinner at our Mortimer Street deli round the corner.

Classes range from yoga, pilates, HIIT and even trampolining. Kicking off the series on July 5th is Lottie Murphy, pilates instructor and holistic health coach. Also on the agenda is Adidas ambassador Zanna van Dijk, Hollie Grant (Founder of The Model Method) and ((BOUNCE)).

Classes will take place each Wednesday evening throughout summer. Tickets are £15 per session which includes a 45-minute workout, as well as a salad supper from Detox Kitchen.

Sunset Sweats Pilates with Detox Kitchen & Lottie Murphy - 5th July - SOLD OUT

Kicking off the series is Lottie Murphy, pilates instructor and holistic health coach. Pilates with Lottie is the perfect way to feel strong, worked and relaxed all at once. These sessions are dynamic and more challenging than they look. You'll be worked from head to toe, strengthening and stretching as well as improving your posture, coordination and core stability. Lottie believes good alignment, breathing and mindfulness are all key to gaining the most from your workouts, so you'll come away with much more than sore glutes and abs.

Louisa Drake Method with Louisa Drake, Wednesday 12th July - SOLD OUT

LDM takes its participants through the most transformative elements of existing fitness disciplines, delivering seamless and choreographed transitions between resistance, conditioning, cardio and stretch. Expect a 45 minute fitness-fusion, total-body workout which will transform your body, boost your metabolism, burn fat and lean out your physique.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Lotte Bowser, Wednesday 19th July - SOLD OUT

This class will begin with an energising, playful flow where you will flow through sequences which challenge the body and mind before winding down to finish the class with some serious relaxation. We will laugh, wobble and maybe even fall but you will leave feeling ready to take on anything. This is an open level class - so everyone is welcome.

Strength Conditioning with Zanna van Dijk, Wednesday 26th July - SOLD OUT

This Strength Conditioning class will be headed up by PT and Adidas Ambassador Zanna van Dijk.

Trampolining with ((BOUNCE)), Wednesday 9th August

Performed on mini trampolines, ((BOUNCE))™ makes exercise fun with choreographed dance routines. ((BOUNCE))™ improves weight loss 3 times quicker than floor based workouts due to opposing gravity and added g-force.

HIIT with Sophia de Stefano, Wednesday 16th August

Sophia’s high intensity metabolic conditioning classes are designed to get you sweating, ridding yourself of toxins, burning fat, toning, increasing fitness level and increasing strength and power. Exercises comprising of cardio, plyometric, body weight and light weight will be performed in super sets working all muscle groups for an intense all over body work out.

Hatha Flow Yoga with Ariadne Kapsali, Wednesday 23rd August

This class is designed to bring about greater awareness and connection to your body helping you create space, breathe fully and quieten the mind. Expect to work on building strength and flexibility and releasing mental and physical tension. It incorporates alignment-based vinyasa yoga in graceful, creative sequences with longer held postures and a short meditation. This is an open level class and suitable for beginners.

The Model Method with Hollie Grant, Wednesday 30th August

With 7 years of teaching under her belt, Hollie has trained the likes of Jourdan Dunn and Suki Waterhouse. The Model Method is a full body workout that incorporates both Pilates and HIIT. HIIT has been shown to help reduce visceral fat levels and pilates has long been used to help improve posture and strengthen the body. Prepare to sweat, strengthen and learn more about how your body functions.

Ballet Blast with Naturally Sassy, Wednesday 6th September

Ballet Blast is a fast, ballet inspired cardio workout that fuses high intensity interval training with classical dance principles. This method is by no means exclusive to dancers; it's about getting the most out of your fitness class, whatever your experience level, whatever your age!
