Food waste is a subject we care passionately about as a business, so we are thrilled to now be stocking Dash water. “British sparkling water infused with wonky fruit and veg” is the strapline. Crafted in the UK by Alex and Jack, we love that they are fighting food waste in a fun, and sustainable way. The lemon flavour is definitely my favourite.

3 days on the Protein Package, a Review

Working at Detox Kitchen I am lucky enough to eat a lot of delicious, healthy food. And I try to cook from scratch as much as possible for my meals at home. But don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy a sourdough pizza and an Aperol spritz. So detoxing is not something that necessarily comes naturally to me. This is why I wanted to document my experience on one of our detoxes to show that anybody and everybody can benefit from one.

I watched Carnage. The person that told me to watch it said, be prepared, if you watch it you WILL turn veggie. I watched it. I am now a vegetarian. I have been for two months and I can’t see it changing. My older brother and mum watched it too, they are both now vegetarians.
